B-Square was founded more than 50 years ago by a young engineer named Daniel L. Bechtel. He had a passion for outdoor sports but could not find any products on the market for mounting optics to firearms that satisfied his stringent standards. He believed shooters and collectors should be able to mount the optics they used without extensive gunsmithing. Eventually, he decided to design and build his own mounts. As he proceeded, he also realized that businesses did not offer the specialized tools his gunsmithing hobby required, so again he built his own. As his products were introduced and used by friends, fellow shooters and collectors, he soon realized that he had something to market. He steadily grew the business from 1956. In 1974, he moved the company to its present location and has since expanded three times.
The B-Square AR15 Sling Attach Plate fits any AR-15 government, tactical, or law enforcement flat top carbine. The Attach Plate is easy to install with no front sight removal or tools. The Sling Attach Plate features a unique retention system which locks the forearm in tight, a quad picatinny rail for accessories, and is fabricated from premium grade aircraft aluminum.
