Standard equipped with a six position telestock and an A2 front sight assembly, the Panther AP4 Carbine delivers amazing accuracy and comfort. Its 16 inch barrel is topped off with a state-of-the-art A2 birdcage flash suppressor for optimum performance. The steel bolt and carrier are powered by a gas operated rotating bolt. Aircraft-quality aluminum receivers are coated with Teflon for increased performance. The DPMS Panther AP4 Carbine is an all-around great carbine.

Nice weapon. Great for the range and sport shooting. I am not a hunter so can''t rate the ability to shoot game but I am sure it would work if that is what you like doing. I have used M-1''s, M-14''s, M-16''s and various other weapon''s while in milatary service and this weapon is as acurate as any of them.
