Equipped with the new state of the art Delayed Impingement Gas System (DIGS) the Para-Ordnance® Tactical Target Rifle (TTR) is one of the only AR-15 style rifles on the planet equipped with a folding stock. The DIGS places the recoil system up in the front of the Para-Ordnance® TTR, removing the need for a buffer tube in the stock, and also canceling out the traditional muzzle flip and "twang" associated with the AR platform. Able to rapidly change length, the Para-Ordnance® TTR is the best choice for close-quarters combat and home defense, but still provides the stability that is needed for longer encounters and target shooting. Rating:  To begin with, this review is preliminary based ONLY on an initial inspection of the weapon. Obviously well constructed. The stock is bullet proof, having been constructed entirely of metal. Easy to open and locks rock-solid open. Extends easily. One possible concern may be heat from the metal during hot weather operations. Time will tell as I will be doing training in July outdoors. Also doesn''t feel to comfortable, but that''s just an initial impression. Very easy to "disassemble" the top end for whatever. No special tools of any kind required. Has sling mounts as part weapon that make sling attachment easy. Flip up sights are good, and co-witness through my optical sight a bit lower than dead center.
The rest will need to wait until I put 2000-3000 rounds through it.

Rating:  I own the original, the ZM LR300 and its amazing. I''m buying another one, the Para, as it''s the best AR in my well stocked safe. It''ll sub 1 MOA and has a folding stock. Its recoil is so low and balanced that follow-up shots are EASY.
This is the best AR, bar none, out there and if you doubt it:

Rating: Just got a couple of these in at the department and let me tell ya, I have never seen anything quite like it. A rifle in 223 with a folding stock? What? Impossible. But somehow Para-Ordnance found a way to do it. The folding stock makes it perfect for use in the tight quarters i sometimes have to work in. And if i find myself needing extra accuracy and stability, I can pop out the stock to full length and get it in moments. The chrome lined barrel and state of the art gas system come in handy at cleaning time. For their first AR rifle, Para Ordnance sure as hell hit the bulls eye.
